my accessory love affair.... and a giveaway!

when i was in highschool ohsolongago.... *wink* i was not a girly girl.  i did not wear cutesy skirts with matching accessories or do my eyeshadow just so.  i woke up, straightened my hair and got out the door pretty much however i could.  i have to say that since having a precious little girl in my life, i've gotten alot more... girly.  i love accessories now, especially funky statement pieces!  i just can't help myself....

valerie sent me a fabulous woven ribbon and crystal necklace to review for her new shop!  i love it, it's so classy and modern, yet doesn't overwhelm whatever you wear it with.  the satin ribbon is so easy to tie behind my neck and stays tied.... no way am i losing this gorgeous accessory piece!  i can adjust the length by tying more or less of the ribbon depending on the collar cut of the shirt or dress i'm wearing.  you can purchase this necklace for only $28.00 in any ribbon and gemstone color combination you want -- personally, i love the simplicity of the pure white ribbon with black crystals intertwined.
