{biting my nails} it's a grotesque habit that i've catered to since childhood. the habit comes and goes {as it pleases}. there are weeks, months when i don't nibble away and have long, strong nails. then there are days when i chew down to the quick and attempt to hide my nubs for the weeks it takes to grow back out - that is, if i can quell the habit long enough for them to grow.
