five months ago today....

has it really been five months since my little baby was born? where in the world has the time gone?

i would calculate that out of her 156 days of life thus far, i have spent:

• 11, 750 minutes feeding her formula


• 3,744 minutes washing diapers (this does not include dry time or folding....)


• 4,680 minutes changing said diaper, and depositing it in the diaper pail


• 201 minutes blowdrying her hair after her bath. yes, this really happens.

in the last month, i have spent:

• 240 minutes preparing baby food (this does not include freezing and storing time....)


• 465 minutes cleaning amelia and the highchair after eating.... this is quite a feat!

in the past 156 days, i have spent 3,744 hours being completely and totally in love with this gift God blessed me with. what a complete joy, what a sweet spot in my day, what a darling little girl that we have been given. i would never trade this life for another.
