monday, monday....

monday has come and gone.  today was my first of fourteen days off from work! tomorrow starts my first day of relaxation :)

today i came home from house/petsitting for family friends for ten days.  i realized over the last 10 days how much easier it used to be to just "up and go" and stay somewhere before amelia came along.  not only does she come with baggage to include (but not limited to): highchair, stroller, toys, clothes, nighties, bibs, feeding supplies, baby snacks, formula, bottles (and alllllll bottle accessories), etcetera etcetera etcetera.... but we also have cloth diapers.  and that means we have diaper laundry.  so far, i've been able to do diaper laundry everywhere we stay - a friend's house in virginia, my boss's house when i sit the girls overnight, our friends' house while we housesit.

so after leaving there a little after noon today, i came home with a truckload full of things we had at their house.  i put everything away, started cleaning and organizing the laundry room since caleb built me 4 new BIG shelves in the laundry room! they are great.  seriously, whoever moves into this apartment after us is going to be so lucky for all the improvements he has done!!
